Justin is a second-year Master in Public Policy candidate and Charles H. Grice Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School. His professional interests center on global entrepreneurship and infrastructure development. Before coming to Harvard, Justin founded Jexim, an advanced asphalt materials company backed by Harvard Innovation Labs and the Belfer Center's QLab. Jexim has delivered 170+ infrastructure projects internationally and is spearheading a rapid road reconstruction initiative in Ukraine, deploying its technology to support frontline mobility and humanitarian aid access. At HKS, Justin serves on the organizing committee of the Asia-Pacific Conference and as Entrepreneurship Chair of the Business and Government PIC. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Boston College.

Crystal Gee is a second-year Master in Public Policy Candidate at Harvard Kennedy School and a Hong Kong Jockey Club Graduate Scholar. She focuses on resilience-building innovations against humanitarian emergencies, particularly those addressing climate shocks in the Asia Pacific. Prior to HKS, Crystal was a business analyst at McKinsey & Company supporting engagements in climate-tech manufacturing, healthcare, and finance. She also contributed as a Teaching Fellow with Teach For Hong Kong, serving migrant communities in the city.

Kathy Lee is a second-year Master in Public Policy student at the Harvard Kennedy School. Prior to HKS, she worked as an Assistant Vice President in Barclays’ Healthcare Debt Capital Markets team, where she supported approximately $200 billion in U.S. and cross-border investment-grade bond issuances for multinational corporations. Her interests focus on diplomacy, international cooperation, and the strategic relationships shaping the Asia-Pacific region. In particular, she is interested in the evolving dynamics between the United States, Australia, and Asia, and how governments can work together to address shared challenges and strengthen regional partnerships. Drawing on her background in global markets, Kathy hopes to pursue a career in diplomacy and international policy, contributing to efforts that foster dialogue, collaboration, and stability across the region.

Ziyi Yang is a second-year Master in Public Policy candidate at Harvard Kennedy School, focusing on clean energy transitions and sustainable urban development. Trained in electrical engineering with a specialization in power systems and renewable energy, she brings a strong technical foundation to climate policy analysis. Prior to HKS, she served as a public servant in the Singapore government, where she contributed to clean energy legislation, solar deployment strategies, and the 4th Singapore Green Building Masterplan. She has also supported international climate engagement at COP27 and COP28. At Harvard, Ziyi is part of the Climate Leaders Program and the Salata Institute Student Ambassadors, and she is interested in advancing equitable, data-driven energy transitions.

Pang is a dual Master in Public Policy student at Harvard Kennedy School and a Master in Urban Planning student at the Harvard Graduate School of Design. Her professional interest centers around infrastructure, energy security, and urban development. Prior to HKS, Pang was an investor on the energy infrastructure team at Macquarie Asset Management and Stonepeak. She also worked with NineDot Energy to bring renewable energy solutions to the urban electrical grid.

Yohan Jo is a first-year Master in Public Policy candidate and JFK Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School. He is an active duty infantry officer serving in the Republic of Korea Army, currently 6th year into his service. Prior to his enrollment to HKS, he was stationed in Special Forces, ROK-US Combined Forces Command Base, and Training Army Training Center, from countless airborne training, defending national critical infrastructures, to preparing hundreds of conscriptees in their 6-week basic training from civilians to soldiers. His professional interest lies in transforming the military structure accordingly with the recent technological advancements and demographic changes in Korea, as well as maintaining regional security balance in the North East Asia Region.
